Types Of IELTS Modules:

In most countries where English is the primary language of communication, evidence of acceptable English language skills is required for applicants and international graduates seeking professional registration. Required proficiency levels differ between organizations, professions, by country and by jurisdiction. It is up to individual professional registration bodies to determine the IELTS band score and version of the test (Academic or General Training) they require.

The Listening, Reading and Writing segments of all IELTS tests are performed on the same day, without any break.

How Will I Be Able To Attempt This IELTS Test, On Paper Or Computer?

Well, to attempt this IELTS test, you will have the following two options:

Paper-Based IELTS

If you are attempting a paper-based IELTS test, then you are supposed to sit on the desk with the question papers and answer sheets for the Reading, Listening and Writing tests at your official IELTS test center. You can only use pen or HB-pencils to write the answers. The Speaking test is performed face-to-face with a trained IELTS examiner.

Computer-Delivered IELTS

In the computer delivered IELTS test, you are supposed to sit in front of the computer to attempt Reading, Listening and Writing tests. The questions are presented to you on the screen at your official IELTS test center. You can submit your answers by using a mouse or keyboard. Also, the Speaking test is not on the computer and is carried out face-to-face with a trained IELTS examiner. Also, a select group of IELTS test centers will deliver the IELTS Speaking test via high- definition video calls.
